Customer Engagement

Will the customer engagement section only consider engagement that takes place during the January 31, 2018 – February 20, 2018 time period or will it include all engagement from certification through that date? We are just trying to think about whether it is better to wait to announce to people we know to try it out until the customer engagement period starts or to go for it now.

    Hey Heather - it will be during the "Engagement Period." (Jan. 31 - Feb. 20) so that everyone is judged for the same amount of time. That period will be for the Finalists to help decide who is the Grand Prize winner.

    Will all prizes other than the Grand Prize be determined and announced on the 31st?

    No we'll only be naming the Finalists on the 30th. The Grand Prize and bonus prize winners announcement is planned for on Feb. 28th.

    Thanks for the response. Does that mean the customer engagement period has an effect on the outcome of the bonus prize winners?

    No, it'll just determine which one gets the Grand Prize. The judges will determine the Bonus Prizes. All finalists will be winning money :)

    Hey Dominik,

    No, for the competition we will only count the stats during the Engagement Period so that everyone is being assessed for the same two weeks. Amazon will be doing extra promotion of the finalists during this time, too. We'll share some more details on that when we announce the top 20 finalists on Jan. 30th.

    It's also worth noting that the engagement score is one of several criteria so it won't be the sole determination of the Grand Prize winner. That will be combined with scores from the awesome panel of judges.
