Do we have to select, "Is this skill directed to or does it target children under the age of 13?" as yes in the alexa developer portal, compulsorily for this challenge?

Hi Ashish - Yes you do. The main requirement is: "Build an Alexa skill that educates, entertains, and/or engages children under the age of 13."
