Upload a file as part of your submission

Hi,

What kind of files should I upload for the submission?

    Hey Viki,

    If you need to include a consent form for any reason, then you would attach the signed and completed form. If your submission doesn't involve children in the video or as part of your team, then you don't need to attach one.

    Do I still need to submit Photograph & Video Release Form if the minor appears in the demo video is my own child? Thanks, Stefanie!
