Is this for 13-17 Only?

It says:
"This competition is open to:
Individuals 13 to 17 years old in the US or Canada who (1) have a parent or guardian submit their skill in the Amazon Developer Console on their behalf under that parent or guardian’s account, AND ....
"

Does this mean that it is open to only 13-17 years old, or does it mean that if someone is 13-17 then these conditions apply?

  a. Individuals who have reached age of majority

  and to

  b. Individuals aged 13-17 of USA or Canada

  Hey Muhammad,

  Yes, Sri is correct. Our standard global eligibility applies to those 18 and up. There are more stipulations for those under 18. I bet they'll give the adults a run for their money, though!
